==Use for:==

* Rolling / bending metal tube (measured by outside diameter).

* Equipped with a ? diameter die set.

* Additional die sets need to be purchased for other tube sizes.

==Do Not Use for:==

* Do not bend wrong tube sizes with a given die set. Die sets are specific to tube size.

* Do not use for pipe. Tube is sized by outside diameter, pipe by its theoretical inside diameter.

==Hazard Analysis==

* Eye protection required. (Metal can snap while bending. Flakes of rust, mill scale, or paint can become airborne.

* Cuts / Scrapes from sharp cut edges of workpiece. Use of gloves is acceptable when using this machine.

* Pinched fingers, skin.

* Cuts / Scrapes / bruises if care is not taken to prevent metal stock from slipping during the
bending process.

==Notes and Best Practices==

* Never use pipe bending dies on tube, and visa versa. The sizes won’t match.

* Max Capacities. For the MB-105-HD bender, 2” O.D. max tube diameter. For the MB-105 standard bender, 1.75” O.D. max tube diameter.
